Player Agreement — MrsMaple

This Player Agreement (the “Agreement”) is the formal sweepstakes terms and conditions document governing your access to and use of MrsMaple. By creating an account, browsing the site, or participating in any promotion, you accept every clause below in full. Read this Agreement carefully, because it controls how disputes are resolved, what you are allowed to do on the platform, and how MrsMaple limits its liability to you.

Player Agreement Overview

MrsMaple operates a free-to-play social platform built around two forms of virtual currency: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. No purchase necessary to play or win — every game on MrsMaple can be played using Gold Coins obtained through free daily allotments, promotional giveaways, or other no-cost methods described on the site.

This Agreement supplements, and should be read alongside, any Privacy Policy, Sweeps Rules, or promotional rules published on the site. If a conflict exists between this Agreement and a specific promotion’s rules, the promotion’s specific rules control for that promotion only.

MrsMaple may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last Updated” date, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised sweepstakes terms and conditions.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of MrsMaple shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law.

1. You and MrsMaple each waive the right to a trial by jury.
2. You and MrsMaple each waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
3. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only; claims of multiple players may not be consolidated without written consent from all parties.
4. You retain the right to bring an individual claim in small-claims court where that court has jurisdiction and the claim qualifies.

If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of the clause remains in full force, and only the unenforceable portion is severed.

Notice of a dispute must be sent in writing describing the nature of the claim and the relief sought before either party may initiate arbitration proceedings. MrsMaple and the player agree to attempt informal resolution for a period of thirty days before formal arbitration begins.

Arbitration under this Agreement will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer arbitration rules, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on both parties, subject only to limited judicial review as permitted by applicable arbitration law.

This section survives termination of your account and continues to apply even after you stop using MrsMaple, ensuring that any dispute arising from your prior use of the platform remains subject to individual arbitration.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate on MrsMaple. By registering, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you.

• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where participation in sweepstakes-style promotions is restricted or forbidden.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of MrsMaple or its affiliated service providers.
• You will maintain one account per individual, one email address, and one household unless expressly authorized otherwise.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited. If MrsMaple determines that your participation violates local law, your access may be limited or suspended for that jurisdiction without further notice.

MrsMaple reserves the right to request identity or age verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a hold on your account pending resolution.

Eligibility for redemption of Sweeps Coins may additionally depend on your state or territory of residence, since sweepstakes-style promotions are not available everywhere. MrsMaple publishes a current list of excluded jurisdictions where redemption is unavailable, and this list may change as regulations evolve.

These sweepstakes terms and conditions apply equally to every player regardless of the device or method used to access MrsMaple, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any dedicated application MrsMaple may offer.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

MrsMaple issues two categories of virtual, revocable, non-transferable digital tokens under a limited license, not a sale. Gold Coins are a play-only token with no cash value; they cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for money or anything of value under any circumstance.

Sweeps Coins are a promotional token that may, where legally permitted, be redeemed for prizes according to the redemption rules published on the site. Sweeps Coins have no purchase requirement attached to their issuance and are provided through free entry methods, including mail-in requests, as permitted by law.

Both token types remain the property of MrsMaple at all times. Your license to use them is personal, non-exclusive, and terminates immediately upon account closure, suspension, or termination of this Agreement.

MrsMaple may adjust token balances, correct display errors, or void tokens issued as a result of a technical malfunction, without liability, so long as the correction restores the intended state of your account.

Redemption requests submitted using Sweeps Coins are subject to identity verification and the minimum redemption thresholds posted on the site. MrsMaple may take a reasonable processing period to review a redemption request before it is approved and fulfilled.

Neither Gold Coins nor Sweeps Coins may be sold, traded, gifted, or transferred between player accounts. Any attempt to create a secondary market for these tokens outside of MrsMaple’s own redemption process is a violation of this Agreement and may result in forfeiture.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify MrsMaple immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise.

• Use a unique, secure password and update it periodically.
• Keep your registered email address and contact details current.
• Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Log out of shared or public devices after each session.

MrsMaple may, at its discretion, require additional verification steps before granting access to certain account features, and may temporarily restrict access while a security review is underway.

You are responsible for keeping your profile information, including your date of birth, mailing address, and identity documents, accurate and up to date. Outdated information may delay account verification or Sweeps Coin redemption.

If MrsMaple detects unusual login activity, such as access from an unfamiliar location or device, it may pause account activity and request confirmation from you before allowing further access, in order to protect your account from unauthorized use.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

MrsMaple prohibits any activity intended to manipulate, exploit, or defraud the platform, other players, or the promotional systems that govern token issuance and redemption.

1. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free entries or bonuses.
2. Using automated scripts, bots, or emulators to interact with the platform.
3. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or misconfigured promotions for personal gain.
4. Providing false identity, age, or location information during registration or verification.
5. Colluding with other players to circumvent eligibility or redemption limits.

Any account found engaging in prohibited activity may be suspended or terminated, and associated token balances may be forfeited, subject to review under MrsMaple’s internal investigation process.

MrsMaple may cooperate with law enforcement and payment-processing partners where fraudulent activity is suspected, and reserves the right to report confirmed fraud to the appropriate authorities.

Players who believe they have witnessed fraudulent or abusive activity by another user are encouraged to report it to MrsMaple support so that the matter can be investigated promptly and fairly.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, and software associated with MrsMaple are owned by MrsMaple or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any MrsMaple content without prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the platform interface is permitted solely for gameplay purposes.

If you submit feedback, usernames, comments, or other content to MrsMaple, you grant MrsMaple a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the platform.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material. MrsMaple may remove user contributions that violate this standard without prior notice.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

MrsMaple relies on third-party infrastructure, including hosting, network, and payment-processing partners, that may experience interruptions outside of MrsMaple’s direct control.

MrsMaple does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for lost gameplay time, delayed transactions, or token display errors resulting from scheduled maintenance, server failure, or force majeure events.

Where a verified technical malfunction affects token balances or promotional entries, MrsMaple will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore accounts to their pre-malfunction state.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be posted on the site where practical, but MrsMaple is not obligated to provide advance notice of emergency maintenance required to protect the security or stability of the platform.

MrsMaple is not responsible for outages, slowdowns, or connectivity issues caused by your internet service provider, device hardware, or local network configuration, since these fall outside MrsMaple’s control.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrsMaple, its officers, employees, and affiliated service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

MrsMaple’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this Agreement is limited to the value of unredeemed Sweeps Coins lawfully held in your account at the time the claim arose, where such liability cannot be excluded entirely.

You agree to indemnify and hold MrsMaple harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the platform.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and apply even where MrsMaple has been advised of the possibility of such damages, to the extent permitted by your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, where applicable law prohibits such exclusions.

Termination and General Provisions

MrsMaple may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these sweepstakes terms and conditions or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. MrsMaple’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any published promotional rules, represents the entire understanding between you and MrsMaple regarding your use of the platform. These sweepstakes terms and conditions were last updated in 2026.

Upon termination, any unredeemed Gold Coins are forfeited immediately, since they never carried cash value. Sweeps Coins eligible for redemption at the time of termination will be handled according to MrsMaple’s standard redemption procedure, unless termination resulted from a violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in MrsMaple’s jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction apply. Questions about this Agreement can be directed to MrsMaple support.
